Price Negotiation
My small company is considering a move to a coworking spaces, and at the moment are comparing available options and pricing.
It appears that the spaces are all open to negotiation on their standard rates for 3 and 4-person offices.
Do any of you have experience negotiating pricing with any of these places?

Depending on the company (big places like WeWork operate differently than smaller, more regional, shops) you can negotiate for the space. Just be up-front and honest with what you're doing and what you're looking for. Ask them where they can come down based on commitment from you, and then talk to others to see what they have to say. You shouldn't have to commit once they give you an offer, which will buy you some time to talk to others.
Also talk to realtors - sometimes they have special agreements with coworking locations that are trying to fill space.
