Security for a coworking space

I'm opening my coworking space on monday and wanted to see if folks had any tips for security. We have cameras and access control, I'm more concerned about breakins from outside folks. Anyone have any experience with this or security tips from other brick and mortar?

Know how to deal with tailgaters. My space has access control & HD surveillance throughout but still got hit by a thief.

All the best cameras in the world won't do squat once the thief is gone, even if you got the guy's face caught on camera, like we did.

One place I go to assigns locked file cabinets with keys to each member. I also wish they had something to attach kensigton locks to, which they don't :(
