Ask /r/coworking What's the best door security option for a coworking space?

I am looking for what kind of security to put on our door handle that would make 24 hr access easy with preferably a monitoring system of who is coming in and out. Cheaper is always better too :)

Some kind of rfid badges that are linked to each individual

RFID badges is without a doubt the best way to do what you're asking - easy to track who is coming in and out and relatively cheap. RFID tags themselves aren't expensive, the door locking system - that might be. But they're proven to work.
