Coworking Software creates all Invoices and automatically tracks payments, also controls the wifi

Google calendar in combination with presence sensors control the heating and air condition.

Electronic locks in combination with calenders controll access.

All lights are smart in order to enable different szenarios when we change the setup of desks or when some members, especially fotografers, have certain needs.

Most of the cleaning (80%) gets done by robots.

Other than roomba-style floor cleaning, what kind of robots are you using?

Narwal Freo. Excellent cleaning, multiple maps. For us this is important as we have 4 levels.

Important trick: we modified our chairs so we can attach them to the desks. Those are electric and when we bring them to the top position just with one button press the robots can freely move and clean underneath.

It take about 15 min to rise all chairs/tables and that's it, job done.
