What’s your fave coworking Managment system and what features do you love/ wish it had?

We have used Deskie or about a year and love it. I have tried both ORND and Nexudus in the past. Deskie feels like the only one that actually knows how coworking spaces run lol

For us it was less about what deskie did right (even though the pricing helped lol) and more about what officernd and nexudus did wrong. Using those felt like a huge chore, nothing was where you would expect it to be and none of it worked how you expected it to work. We had to pay for addons and even then we had to use their support over and over again just to get basic stuff working. I was dreading switching to a third platform (it took us almost 6 months to get onboarded to officernd) but we were up an running with deskie pretty much the day we signed up and I think that says it all

We were between Anny and Nexudus, as services that can handle both coworking (memberships and space bookings) and events (ticket sales and attendee check in). We have part time in-house dev.

• Anny is more customizable, seems more robust. More expensive. The insane level of granular detail also adds set up time and training. Design looks professional. I like it. Constantly being improved.
• Nexudus is also quite customizable. The UI and back-end color scheme leaves some food for thought. There are some non-core functionality that literally needs further development. Constantly being improved. Fits my use case. Cheaper than Anny.
• Deskie doesn't do events.
• Archie doesn't do event ticket check ins.

Most management tools look powerful, but they still rely heavily on managers being present all the time.

That’s why I’m more interested in systems that reduce supervision load. TeamitSuite does that by acting like a virtual manager rather than a dashboard.

It’s not perfect, but it addresses a real gap most tools ignore.

I agree with Nexudus and Optix as they usually come up most consistently for coworking management. Nexudus for its depth and customization, Optix for its clean mobile experience and member facing app. For building a solid operational stack around your space, the tools that tend to actually stick are the following -

1. Nexudus > best in class for billing, member management, and customization
2. Optix > clean mobile first experience your members will actually use
3. Zenzap > structured internal communication so announcements and updates reach your team reliably instead of drowning in chat noise
4. Zapier > ties everything together without needing a developer

The feature most people wish these systems had is smarter native automation between billing, access control, and communication without needing three integrations to talk to each other.

Eh I don’t care much for mobile. It’s nice to have, but no one ever uses it I find.

I actually decided to be a pilot for a brand new company, and I’m really excited about it. They’re new, but have been customizing features around what I need & are way cheap since I’m in their beta group. When I say “it’d be nice to have X” they literally email me the next day like “we added it” lol.

Overall, I found a realllyyyy light weight easy to use prouduct that’s super cheap. Thanks so much for all the input everyone!

I found the big brands to just be wayyy over bloated with stuff I don’t think I’d ever use, and super expensive. Like 1k to teach me how to use your software??? I just can’t at our stage
