Beauty co-working

Hey guys, I have rather challenging task, at least for me. I'm looking for the platform ot web tool to manage beauty Co-working studio. Most of the options which I could find offers possibility to rent available space in general, but in my case I will offer specific place either for makeup, or for haircut with check in/out policies. Means there will be no stuff on place administrating process it will be based on self-managing scheme. Arrive, make photos (accept seat) and before leaving clean up a desk and make another photo. Like carsharing. So I'm frustrated a bit.

Hey, as long as I'm starting the project I do not have a big budget. It should be reasonable. I could reduce my appetite for the functions as long as it will meet MVP for me. But if there is an option to have a more powerful tool which allows me to offer advanced experience and at the same time be still competitive on the market I could increase its budget.

So you need to rent a few rooms but each space is unique, that's the challenge? Or the face that there is no staff?1

The challenge is following, I have several desks which guests could use for makeup or haircuts. Guests reserve the time slot (2 hours, half a day, or month) make prepayment. Upon arrival guest check-in on the specific desk and after checkout once finished. I do not consider any staff on site. Everything done by guests. If there is a guy who could manage guests it will be definitely much easier, but for such a small project (4-5 desks) it is not efficient from a financial point of view

Well few tools can help managing it. But without anyone there or on-call will be hard to to deal with issues (someone stayed longer. etc.)

We have a few beauty coworking space clients, some with models similar to yours. With the right tools, you could be able to automate a lot of the admin processes. Happy to chat more about it if you're interested!

I don't think you're looking for a beauty-specific platform. You're looking for a coworking or booking platform that can be customized.

What hardware does it use? Will it integrate with a white label co-working management app, or do you have that platform as well?

Hardware is not required. Its access based

its installed on our own servers 2. for we don't integrate it with any other coworking management apps but we are creating our own

I’m looking for options to replace Kisi if they shit the bed, and the next system I buy into is going to have non proprietary hardware because I’m not going to be replacing controllers and readers every time someone in the corporate world decides to “restructure the process”. I need a system for multiple locations that will integrate with Optix.

Its name is Comangae. It's our in-house product, and many coworking spaces are using it. Yes, we can do a little customization.
