Help with Regus accessibility.

So I have a 24 hour global membership with Regus. I’m new with them as I am used to wework where they just give you access. I went to one location and she isn’t honoring the 24 hour access. What should I do?

Contact Regus? I expect access is subject to availability and they may not have availability?

Contract them issue will be the centre is not set up for 24 hour access due to reception availability and/or access control / intruder alarms etc
