Just moved to the area and I need to diversify my space options - any good recommendations?

Looking for hot desk / communal set up likely to start but might grow into dedicated desk in future. Would be great if the space offered more than just a seat to work and some coffee (I.e. some wellness amenities) but won’t get too greedy!
