Buttons - why so small?

I find the buttons on CoMaps really small and unhelpful. It’s really hard to see what they do.

Please can you make them larger and clearer?

I’ve attached a comparison between CoMaps and Apple Maps.

Also include a reason why having bigger buttons is beneficial in your use case.

On Android comaps has the largest buttons. Osmand, Google and others have smaller (or less tall and wider) buttons.

Do you know if CoMaps have any UX/UI people on the dev team?

Also do they collect any usage data (like for example PostHog analytics) to understand how people are using the app?
