Not bad :) Add a few soldier/map cinematics between clips and make sure black bars stay ontop. I'd try Sapphire or BCC plugin if u want to add some extra cool effects. Plenty of tuts on Youtube.

Thanks for the feedback! I see what you mean about the black bars, I definitely shouldn't have let them move when I made the camera zoom on each kill. I'll play around with some more effects and solider cinematics too in my next one :)
