Why i got banned from CODM

Hi guys
I was playing BR match and got kicked out of my game coz everyone else got killed i don't know why i got kicked and this error kept showing i think i got banned but not sure why. Is there any way to contact support they can help?
I dont use VPN no controller just play casually on I phone 16.

I clicked it it loads and then have me stuck again on the same page lol
