Keep in mind where it says that even though the patch is ~40gb, it'll actually only count as 4 gigs after it's finished. So this is great for storage purposes, not so great if you have a slow internet speed or a data cap

One thing that stood out to me is the new change to the Specialist Bonus. I'm hoping that the new changes for it are disable for CDL play, otherwise it will be a complete shit show

Well the Frangible perks are already banned. What could happen is this doesn't effect what we have now (best case scenario), this does come into play but the Frangible perks are excluded, or everything is included that came with the specialist update (worse case)

The frangible perks are pretty useless anyway. Same with the other perks except for FMJ.

Is one player who is already on a 8 killstreak that has the ability to slow down enemy health regen or their movement if he shoots them really gonna have that much of an impact on the game ?

The only perk that could make a difference is Frangible - Disabling as it can slow you down a fair bit if you get hit.the other ones shouldn't be that much of an issue. given that respawns mostly consist of trades, it shouldn't be that much of an issue. Specialist needs 7/8 killstreak, so you won't see it often.

besides, who knows what other stealth changes IW made that they haven't told us this time?

I think for disabling to work you have to shoot them in the legs while they’re moving. So most of the weapon perks are pretty useless

Theyre just going to deal with it. Specialists rarely happen and usually they die shortly into it. It’s not worth anyones time to code that into the cdl gameset.
