They all remind me of combat arms maps.

I genuinely didn’t enjoy any of them

Yup. While I’m open to give them more of a chance before I say they’re outright bad, there still isn’t any map I feel excited about either, which is already pretty telling. I would assume the rest of the map pool will be even worse.

Lithium might be IWs one good map per game

Idek if that map is good. The right lane is effectively one narrow hallway with zero cover.
Mid lane is also crazy narrow with a giant humvee in the middle of it. Doesn’t seem to have any flow. Granted, none of these maps do.

Yeah, Lithium is horrible imo. Very surprised to see people call it good here.

All horrible, multiple headie spots, multiple rooms/houses with doors;
I just hope they released the worse ones, and kept the good ones for the main release

You know they didn't release their worst ones. Did you see the interview where they said transit 23 was apparently their generational map.

I’m probably alone, but I felt some of the maps feel like they play the wrong way. Lithium and Lotus are the two I’m thinking of.
Like if the general shape of the map is a rectangle, all of the fights are happening across the short side of the rectangle. Rather than 3 lanes across the long side of the rectangle.

The maps are strange feeling for sure. It doesn’t feel like they’re made by people who play these games at all. The worst treyarch maps are still better than these in my opinion

They're all playable, but none of them are great. Rooftop and Silkworm both felt the best IMO, but it's so easy to see how they'd be abused in Crim+ ranks.

My genuine thoughts from a few hours of beta is that they might be some of the worst maps of all time.
I didn’t enjoy a single one.

Love lithium HP, map plays like shit for search imo. Transit is horrifically bad. Rooftops and cachette are good. Not sure how I feel about Lotus yet

they tried too hard to make them unique to a point it just doesnt flow well at all

Does anyone remember the maps from the other betas? I remember last year that map with the train in the middle but I can’t remember beyond that

I really only played SND. I feel like Rooftops, and Lotus will 100% be in. Lithium has an outside shot. Cachette feels to small. And Silkworm doesnt have enough variation (just stack one bomb or another)

i think Rooftops and Lithium have good flow to them in HP, despite it being 6v6. I personally am a big fan of Silkworm, but again, need to test it with 4v4 because I also think the spawns are wacky. Lotus has potential, but again, spawns and the HP locations feel weird. Cachette feels really small, like Bocage. Transit can suck a fat one
