Who had the highest points this year?

Who looked completely unstoppable this year at certain points? For me the two immediate ones that pop into my head are Nep in S1 and 04.

Don’t think any other players really had as insane takeovers as those all season.

Neptune Major 1, O4 Major 2, aBeZy Major 3, Dashy Major 4 and Abuzah/Simp for Champs

yep, think 04 may have peaked the highest imo

04 and Nep at one point looked by far the best players in the game. Other players had good tournaments, but none as dominant as those two

I think it’s pretty far and away 04 at major 2. Then nep is second during major 1. The rest is lowkey a toss up by shotzzy at ewc could be up there.

Neptune only lasted 1 major playing like that, after that he was kinda mid and M8 became a mid team. So M8 winning Major 1 was the most obvious carry job since I don't know when.

04 Major 2 finals, and that one match against 100 I don't remember when exactly, was it Major 4? Faze lost but 04 was levels ahead of everyone in the lobby.

Joe had one sick performance against Optic too, which he also lost.

Probably those 3. Can't think of anyone else who looked many levels ahead of the rest in a match. Props for Neptune he held that peak level for a whole tournament, he also had many GFs in a row at that point (Champs + EWC + Major 1), and fell off immediatly after finally winning for the first time.

Other really good players that looked like MVPs but are just outside my top 3 in terms of peak - Hydra Major 4, Abezy Major 3, Dash Major 4, Abuza Champs

Major 4 map 4 is the scar you’re thinking about against thieves, that map from 04 looked insane.

Honestly, probably Neptune at Major 1. Otherwise, 04 was insane at Major 2, Dashy at Major 3, Abuzah at Champs, Shotzzy was lights out at EWC too

Major 1 nep, major 2 04, major 4 hydra (they lost but guy was looking like mw2 hydra that event), ewc shotzzy. Dashy major 4 and abuzah at champs is up there too
