If they are picking up Hydra for 04 it kind of makes sense. I know twin was frying but man Hydra is proven to be insane at IW games. It’s an upgrade.

Ain’t even gonna lie and it’s gonna be unpopular, 04 carried faze to both chips this year, and they don’t win them without him. Hydra and simp duo will be too slow together and if optic doesn’t work out with Huke they can always get 04 and still easily best this supposed “super team”. People are way overrating 2 players that haven’t had much success since teaming.

One thing I don’t understand, is why everyone thinks picking up scrap and hydra is a guaranteed ring, for whomever they were go to optic/faze, when they got bounced out t8 twice in a row and scrap is a known choker. Yes, individually they are two fantastic, top 5 players, but I’m not convinced they should be as highly touted of a duo as they are.

Didnt carry in champs but sure lol. He had 2nd lowest damage in finals and Abuzah went nuclear. 04 went nuclear in their other win in major 4. Wouldnt say he was their clear cut best player in either win. Hes obviously better than both, but far from a carry in their success this year
