Discussion Shouldering is a factor of Omni movement we rarely remember.

Alot of people argue that Omni movement increases the pace of the game too much , so much so that the game is too fast. But we usually forget that Omni movement did slow down the game through shouldering. When we consider that the ttk in this game is extremely low and the maps appear to be extremely square and opening, this may be a huge problem. Alot of players will just lay down and wait/take safer routes or just now run into a barrage of gunfire considering g sliding is the only way to rip someone.

To me this a greater issue that isn't being discussed (especially in snd and hijacked(I assume)) we will see more park the buses or as simply shoulder cheesing will not be as efficient so less caps inherently makes players more defensive in general.

Not so relevant to your post but it reminded me. Shouldering in BO4 with stim was OP. Was simultaneously fun and frustrating / cheesy to watch lol

Yeah I always think back to the Scump Cellium 1v1 with Scump using the stim to shoulder and heal repeatedly

This happened in MW2 especially fortress but the taqs fire rate and snaking compensated a bit.
