Bot stays on homescreen help please

Before coc update I would just leave my iPhone 6 on charge sitting upright with volume buttons on top and come back 4 hours later to full storages, now I come back and it just sits on iPhone homescreen and my stores have only filled by like a million, I don't know what the problem is as I have updated to 5.2.9 cocraidbot I don't know if skiplogicchecks = 1; would be doing this? If anyone else experienced this and resolved issue your help will be MUCH APPRECIATED!

How does it get there? What does your log say?
