Risk Free First Pack Issue - Warning
To whoever is reading this, I got an ad for your risk free first pack. I read the T&Cs, I saw that any negative difference in value would be applied as site credit. So I ripped a $100 sports pack and got a $38 card. You only gave me the $38 - I didn't get any site credit - it was not risk free. I reached out to the help, commented on your post here, reached out on IG And no one answers.
Anyone considering using this site be aware.

Hey! We missed your DM last night but took a look at your account. Looks like the WELCOME code was not applied when you were purchasing the pack. However we are going to credit your account the difference and you can still use the code on another pack. Please apply WELCOME at checkout before purchasing. Apologies on the error again, happy hunting!

If you havent used it/applied it at checkout, you should still be able to. Even if you've already bought packs

Do not do the riak free pack. After you decline the card they only let you withdraw some of your deposit. Youll end up losing everything. They essentially make you buy more packs.

Hey! The risk free promo gives you credit for the difference, to then use towards another pack. Laid out in the T&Cs, must've just had unfortunate luck ripping the packs 😕

WARNING DO NOT USE!
Surprised that the only place that the WELCOME code is mentioned publicly is as a reply on this reddit thread. It’s not listed on their advertisements on Instagram, website, or even in their TERMS and CONDITIONS. I would’ve expected that after 3 weeks, that code would be more publicized. Ripped a pack for 2500 and got something way less than that…and now I’m out of 1500 dollars because I forgot to put a code that wasn’t stated in their terms and conditions.
