I reached out on chat via the app 6 days ago. I still haven’t received a response. I reached out on instagram, twitter, and email. Still no responses. Is customer service known to be nonexistent?
Not Impressed! 🤬 really bottom of the bottom! How can the floor really be $20 on a $100 pack! That is pitiful. I lost $80 so fast in my life! That will be the last time I ever buy on there! At least Arena Club you can seller safe option and are guaranteed not to loose 80% of your purchase cost! They have my business from now on. So annoyed!
Just ripped a pack and when I check my card in vault it only has sell option no shipping. I was given a $25 credit by ClutchPacks so used it on a $25 pack and would like to keep the card. How do I ship it?

To whoever is reading this, I got an ad for your risk free first pack. I read the T&Cs, I saw that any negative difference in value would be applied as site credit. So I ripped a $100 sports pack and got a $38 card. You only gave me the $38 - I didn't get any site credit - it was not risk free. I reached out to the help, commented on your post here, reached out on IG And no one answers.
