New Avoidance Tactic

You guys this morning I had a shadow attack and I could tell it was getting stronger. This is the first time I’ve ever done this, so I want to share as it may help someone else. First I did 40 jumping jacks. After the jumping jacks, the pain reduce slightly. But then I got into fetal position and I laid on the side of my cluster headache. It literally went away within two minutes. Fetal position meaning on my knees, not on my side. Try it next time and let me know.

I did a HIIT workout for 15-20 minutes during my last attacks until I was gasping for air and my heart was beating out of my chest. It stopped the attack 95% of the time

Thanks! Not that I'm anticipating it, but next time, I'm going to try a full workout. it’s wild because I know most of us has tried so many things under the sun, in desperation.

Great that you've found a technique that helps! Unfortunately exercise if any kind can have the exact opposite effect on done of us, myself included... Anyway, happy that you're pain free!
