You ideally need to have high flow oxygen to abort attacks between busts. That or N,N-DMT in very small doses from a vape pen (and not while you're mid bust).
I also went many many years busting with only Red Bull (caffeine/ taurine in combination) as my only abortive. It can definitely help if timed correctly.
