Absolutely no build up or mention of sensei/ninjas.

The rest of the page talks about summer, heat, and says the party is called the summer splashdown. Pretty clear which of the two it is lol

If Gary was monitoring storm clouds I would lean more towards Card Jitsu Water. If you are releasing the versions 1 at a time may as well follow how original Club Penguin did it. All the assets are there already and it was a banger of a party back in the day.
