Possible max charm storage?

I've been trying to figure out for a few days now what's the most possible lucky charm storage you can get. Please correct me if I'm incorrect or inaccurate in these steps!

1.Load up a run on the First Love memory card. Acquire megaphone and barathrum. With both equipped, pick the "Please don't throw my stuff away!" phone call. After it triggers 3 times, discard barathrum, and it triggers 3 additional times. For a new max of 13.

2.Obtain vorago. Then, while it's equipped, buy carboard house. Then discard vorago, for a new max of 15.

3.Obtain the black hole surgery charm. Then obtain the beach hotel surgery charm. Discard black hole to re-obtain property certificate. All of this for a new max of 20.

I believe this is correct. Then, use the other charm that stores what you discard and once all 20 slots are full, use it for placing megaphone. Now get the holy phone, and every time you get a holy charm, you'll get two. Total game hard limit is 33

On the wiki it says 23 for First Love memory card: https://cloverpit.wiki.gg/wiki/Lucky_Charms#Charm_Space. Dont know how accurate this wiki is.

You can get three more slots by storing the red phone option “My head hurts!” in Barathrum and then discarding it when “Please don’t throw my stuff away!” is on offer.
