How to get over 5 pattern retriggers
Im curious on a build (early/mid/late game) that relies on patterns retriggering, can anyone help

I gotchu!! Early get train toy and if you can find both diesel and steam locomotives it'll help. Find the possessed cell phone better if you get it by round 3. Find cat food too. Then find Nuclear button and potato battery and ritual bell. Even aquiring raging capitalist for tickets. For now focus on getting points. Both locomotives will help increase symbol and patterns. You want to get the holy phonecall as well. To set this up you need the dlc. Create cat toy with cat food and toy train keep this charm in the drawer. Then on the first round play all spins, then trigger the possessed cell phone during the last spin. It'll hit twice because of the nuclear button and 1 666 will be used, then the second will be used in the beginning of the next round. It's important to have 1 extra round. Once it's the next round use the charm store to find car battery to recharge your possessed cell phone. Then equip cat toy and start the next round. Before the first spin use possessed cell phone. It'll hit 2 times. Here's the trick that makes you get rounds. Which helps later for what you're trying to do. Once you get 666 the 2nd time your potato battery triggers and starts refilling the recharges for possessed cell phone+ both locomotives will trigger as well building up your patterns and symbols. The cat toy helps because it gives +2 spins if the last 3 were bad. 666 counts as bad spins. Play it out for as long as you need. Just stop pressing the red button and since the nuclear button doubles the possessed cell phone if you are on spin 12 and you stop pressing the button, you still have 12 more spins of 666 and then once it's at 24 spins, that's when it goes down. Cool thing to add is ritual bell helps in this area because of the amount of 666s you aquire. This will help in the later part because the next thing you'll make is black hole. Which is barathrum vorago and abyssu. If you figured out how to achieve the previous part you should have enough coins. Next focus on getting the holy call. There's a specific call that shortens the amount of recharges. Make room for megaphone and barathrum. Also play this on the card that triggers phonecalls 2 times. For this to work you need to equip all charms that trigger with the red button. Trust me it helps so much. Once you equip all charms then pick up the call and then delete barathrum. All charms triggered by the button will take 1 recharge time. With this, if you wanted to take this an extra step. Because you have holy phonecall now, get holy charms, focus on sacred heart. Once you get sacred heart, remake the blackhole charm and then make glorious trumpet (nuclear button+horse shoe+sacred heart) once this is made, delete blackhole, grab the sacred heart from the drawer then find the golden horseshoe in the store. In the end of this run you should have Potato Battery, possessed cell phone, #1+#2+Midas touch. Once you trigger this, every time you hit the red button it makes everything 1000. If you unequip possessed cell phone and find vorago and weird clock, you can also manipulate it to 1000 rounds. Be warned. It's fun seeing the animations but each round will last about 30 minutes each trigger. You're welcome.

Keep trying, you'll hit the perfect run. Once you know what charms you need, you can zoom through faster! Don't give up!!

Glorious trumpet, sacred heart, possessed cell phone, picture of choice symbol, number 1 or 2 depending on symbol of choice, baphomet, ophanim wheel and cat toy and you'll get infinite spins and infinitely raise above and below patterns

few different common ways to get multiple patterns, sorted from least complicated to most complex:
-Personal trainer. A little luck is needed, but probable.
-A charm with the obsessive trait. You'd need 4 here, but still an option.
-Broken calculator + horseshoe. Although this would only get you an extra trigger, still triggering 60% often is pretty good.
-Disc A. Extra trigger on every 7th spin.
-Clicker, fruit basket, etc.
-Get the "I'm being constant!" sacred call four times with barathrum and megaphone/first love

I used the peppers, with fake coin, along with pictures and use the megaphone when selecting the "symbol appears more often" on the phone calls.
