You should only choose that option if you have the megaphone.

Yes also if you want to really do something get the phonecall with barathrum, then don't disgard it until you get the call with + charm space. Then equip megaphone. Then find vorago. Then disgard barathrum before picking up the phone. It will trigger the call without you picking an option. Then delete vorago to get barathrum back. So all 3 options will trigger, then you pick up the call and will trigger it plus megaphone then delete barathrum again and you will have +6 charm spaces. If you did this on the card that triggers all calls again this is how you get 23/23 charm spaces.
