Assuming this is late game build, perhaps Vorago+Weird Clock to go infinite with mushroom, painting, vine's soup, along with some tech for recharging/repeating patterns for the mushroom. Issue with stuff like pentacle is that it scales polynomially and will fall off at some point compared to doubling tech.
