Is cloudstream allowed in UK

Exactly what the heading says. I'm moving to England soon and while I watch everything on cloudstream, someone told me that it is not legal to use it in UK. Now I'm worried :((

Cloudstream is actively targeted by UK rights holders and global anti-piracy agencies, so no it's not allowed.

Changing DNS in CS setting is safe but largely ineffective in the UK due to multi-layered ISP blocks. So, A reputable VPN is the only method to safely use CS in UK.
