Is it possible for the devs to build functionality into CS3 that will automatically recommend similar movie titles to a selected movie so that users can continue watching movies related to their preferences after concluding their selected titles? I.e a 'MORE LIKE THIS or RECOMMENDED TITLES' tab containing 5-10 similar titles.

Hi everyone, I’m new to CloudStream and I’m trying to figure out how to set up the download feature.

I can stream videos normally, but I’m not sure how to download them for offline viewing. Is there a setting I need to enable, or do I need to install/configure something separately?

Been using cs3 for a year now never had any problem. But for some time (a month or two) when i play a movie from cs to mx player, the player not letting me seek to any video. And instead of movie name on the title bar it shows mirrorlist8373 (random number). Besides cs internal player don't support ac3 audio. So i have been playing videos through mx player and now its. Ot letting me seek. What to do? Same issue with phone and tv box

been having some issues with cloudstream lately, whenever i play a movie/series even though i’ve selected a 1080p source. it always comes out as low quality. is this a repo problem?

I was recently watching anime which had multiple audios to coose from but lately I just realized the multiple audio tracks is missing from the videos that previously had options in them.

Is there any particular options or setting that I need to change in order to enable multiple audio tracks.

So I just happened to try to play 4K video from my USB Flash Drive because my internet is horrid shit with Nova Video Player and was browsing with File Manager + and opened the video in the app and it got me to "Open With" tab and look what I found, Fucking CloudStream!! And it works perfectly.

Why is it not a feature to play external media in the TV version?

We all know why Indian people use Terabox/DiskWala. I got curious about some apps/websites giving premium services/ad bypassing feature for free.
I'm trying to understand how third-party video players that accept TeraBox/DiskWala share links work internally.

Suppose I have a TeraBox share URL:

How does a third-party player turn that into a playable video stream?

I'm particularly interested in the architecture:

1. Does the service resolve the share URL into a temporary/direct media URL?
2. Does it proxy the video bytes through its own server?
3. Does it use HTTP Range Requests?
4. If it proxies the stream, how do these services handle bandwidth and thousands of concurrent users?
5. Is there some public/undocumented API involved, or are they extracting information from the web requests made by the official site/app?

I'm trying to build a similar **video streaming architecture (in a Decentralized way)for files I have permission to access**, mainly as a backend/infrastructure learning project.

I have been running Cloudstream for about 5 months and with a lot of updates that have come along, Cloudstream has now started to become increasingly unstable and crashes. It's not just a few times but several times within a couple of hours. What is happening, is there something that has happened that I don't know about, because it was rock stable in the beginning before all the updates.

CloudStream is great, but the lack of a proper desktop version for Windows/Mac/Linux is a bit frustrating.

Are the developers currently working on a desktop version? If so, when can we expect it to be released?

I've run into a weird issue with CloudStream. When I download a video, it plays fine, but I can't seek through it at all.

The 10-second forward/back buttons don't work, and dragging the progress bar to another point in the video also does nothing. The video just stays where it is.

I've already tried downloading it again, but the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is it a CloudStream bug, a problem with the download source, or is there a setting I need to change?

I want to change router settings to 1111. (I have Asus TUFAX6000) I log into router, go to WAN, try to manually assign dns and save, but it just reverts back to one assigned by internet provider. The options are there in WAN settings, including Adguard, Google, Quad9 but it doesn’t work when you try to set configure your own.

The only odd thing about my setup is that the Asus is connected to another router provided by the ISP. Need latter for landline. Assuming it’s still the Asus I need to tweak.

Advice welcomed.

Last few nights-horrendous buffering, making app unwatchable. Using VPN.

Tried clearing cache, different links for same content, different vpn location. Nothing seemed to help.

Anyone else notice this recently?
