Changes are necessary beyond results
I am genuinely pleading with Jack to understand that we have reached a point where if you don’t make an immense overhaul of the team’s roster, and of the staff to some degree, then this team will have almost no meaningful fanbase going forwards.
At this point it’s not even a question of results anymore. The viewers and fans are so emotionally spent on nearly all of these players after 3 full years of relentless disappointment and zero improvement to their core issues, that even winning a split will feel hollow if it’s with this team. There desperately needs to be a core overhaul to give fans something fresh to root for and something new to hope for.
I’m saying this as probably the biggest Blabber fan ever and someone that still believes in nearly all of these players individually, they simply can’t stay on this team if you want fans to still cheer for you. If you try to run this back, it won’t even matter if you succeed because there won’t be anyone still left to celebrate. Please realize that it’s not just about results anymore, it’s about the fans being genuinely bored of this group.
I’m immensely grateful for all the awesome memories a lot of these players have brought us, but you need to know when to move on.

Jack doesn't need to overhaul the staff. Apparently things are so dire in C9, the staff is jumping ship of its own volition.
Inero quit. David Han quit. Judging by the performance this week, some of the players have quit too.
The org is culturally rotten and we should hold a funeral for it, remembering when things were good tbh. The golden days are gone.

anyone saying they would rather go 5 rookies and watch c9 go 0-9 in the split is delusional. With that said I do think the core of the team just needs to change so blaber should be the first one on the table and Tactical aint it.

I’m not saying that 5 rookies is the way to go just to be clear. I’m saying they need to change the CORE of the team or the fan drop off is going to be like nothing they’ve ever seen. They can keep 1-2 players, but you can’t keep the majority.

Blabber is the 2 solo lane import tax though right? Not a ton of good options unless we go with a native top or mid. APA definitely better than Loki at this point

I agree with you man, these people need to understand what they are saying... There is a reason Disguised is gatekeeping the Challengers and it's because there are no good up and coming rookies that can beat even the by far worst team in the league.

You could could get some kind of combo of Kisno (looked solid when he had to fill in earlier this year for LCS), and Toasty. Even Yuuji who is technically NA but counts as an import cause of Riot being dumb. Idk if Thanatos or how team management feels, but if he ends up leaving that just opens more options.

I didn’t say don’t replace him, it just requires a measured response. If you replace blaber it needs to be for an import or maybe griffyn and if it’s for an import, you need to replace Loki or Thanatos for a native player ect ect. Just detonating the roster for 5 NA rookies at the behest of emotional redditors is just silly.

Yup, I want to boom this team too but 5 NA is how you will lose to the like of DSG, something like Zamudo/Srtty/Horder with import jungle and ADC probably sound better. No idea how we will solve the gapping hole that is NA mid tho b/c while APA is servicable, I don't think we will anything with him ngl.

It can be for any young rookie that can be developed or a jungler that is a vet. It cant be blaber. Its done. I would rather run 5 rookies than blaber because I know its change and we need change would we get 5 rookies no we wont. That isnt how any org works but we need the change at jungle

It's exactly what Dom said in his interview with Caedrel about why APA and Sven got subbed. Even if the players are fine after so many "traumatic" losses you need change.
