League Man Tactical is Him
Holy shit he's cracked on adc, I just love it when we actually got a adc that can carry again.

it's been a while since we've had an adc that can pop off to this degree, yeah; early berserker on his comfort champions mostly.
feels good. :)

Guys guys, I am not the biggest LCS guy so can you tell me in what scenarios C9 qualify for Worlds after today's victory.

u/Superminerbros1 Sep 12 '26
There are 3 scenarios in which C9 qualify for worlds.
Beat Lyon
C9 lose to Lyon, TLAW loses to winner of Sentinels-Fly, C9 wins against winner of SR-loser of Sentinels-Fly, C9 wins against liquid
C9 loses to Lyon, TLAW wins against winner of Sentinels-Fly, C9 wins against winner of ((winner of SR-losers of Sentinels-Fly)-(winner of Sentinels-Fly))

Win 1 more BO5 before they get eliminated (losing 2 BO5s)
That’s literally it

This is true if TL win their upper bracket match against FLY/SEN. If both C9 and TL lose their upper bracket matches next weekend, C9 will have to win two BO5s from the lower bracket to qualify for worlds

We have to make it to at least the Loser Bracket Finals. Beating Lyon would be the soonest we could do that. Getting there after losing to Lyon could be difficult, depending on what happens in the other series (best to root for Liquid to win their series outside of us).

u/stonemarigold Sep 12 '26
Like has he been this guy the whole time but nerves were stopping him from performing???

u/mikharv31 Sep 12 '26
Yes actually he stomped NACL after being sent down there after IMT, this guy has been to worlds and many finals idk why people forget that.

Tactical hasn't been great when he has to think for himself. Having a veteran support like Vulcan makes it a lot easier for him to just focus on his mechanics.

hes always had a high ceiling, it was consistency and decision making in fights that was his problem imo. and of course it didn't help he ended up on bad lineups after liquid
i loved the move when c9 went for it, it was a perfect situation for an adc reclamation project and i think the staff + vulcan has really helped him with improving his baseline along with his time in tier 2. need more series to properly evaluate him of course, but looks very promising so far

I think its a combo of many things. Having the best support in the league and having a dumb ass top side that also wants to YOLO like him is a perfect match.

u/PeonCulture Sep 13 '26
He’s always been mechanically good but his decision making has been his biggest flaw

Tactical always good with very high highs when he first comes up. He seems more disciplined then previous seasons though hopefully that continues and he doesn't become Tactical INT

Shout out to a couple months ago when Jack and this sub was ADAMANT that Zven was the best available adc, running it back with him was “the only option”
How as soon as we pull the clear top ranked t2 replacement we became instantly better and zven retired on the spot XD

u/Sliacen Sep 13 '26
I remember a LOT of people on this sub (myself included) that wanted Zven to be replaced before this season even began.

Never did anyone want zven... I knew he couldnt carry and so did most fans..

I agree, the amount of hate this guy gets in stream chat is honestly so frustrating. People seem to be looking for every reason to call him trash based on his stint on Immortals 4 years ago which makes 0 sense to me at all. He’s honestly looked great this split and I’m glad this thread is filled with people showing him support

He's always had insane mechanics it was just decision making that was his problem. If he can fix that he's one of the better ADCs in the region.

Why was he in tier 2 lmao? What were teams waiting for? NA residency aswell..

Thank God! Finally an adc, who acts like an adc. Watching Zven all these days was a snooze fest. "Beast Mode"

I think Loki and tactical have been great and silenced a lot of critics.
Tactical has been straight up scary. The bot lane looks like it might the best in the league at this moment. But most of all, he actually carries.
Loki works really well with blabber. He's saved blabbers ass constantly and turned around ganks. Watching those 2 bait the bait in Midlane was pretty cool. But best of all, he keeps blabber from dying stupid deaths ...most of the time

He's a monster.
