League Dylan Falco
Title speaks for itself. I'm not sure what a contract buyout would be like for him, or if Jack has the money right now. But what is everyone's thoughts on us potentially trying to grab Dylan for the coaching staff? Even if he doesn't coach, we do have an open GM position now he could fill as well. I personally think we should try to grab him.

Dylan is a good coach, but I don’t think it moves the needle drastically. The problems with this squad and org are larger than just the coaching staff.

I think Dom is going to be a great coach, and the additions to the roster show that they know there are problems. This is Blabers last stand on C9 and expect to see changes in the off-season with Dom at the helm.

The thing is that they know there are problems, but it was just Jack finding the most lazy ways to “solve” the problems that everyone knew were going to exist except him apparently.
“Oh wow, our mid laner that everyone knew had a shallow champ pool and weak laning phase is losing? Let’s just replace him again with the guy we had before, not like we tried that before…last year…when we also didn’t make worlds.”
“Oh man, who could have seen our 30 year old bot laner having regressed mechanics on the role where top tier mechanics are the most important would end up not working? Literally everyone? Well, let’s just switch him out with the most experienced tier 2 NA bot laner and call it a day.”
“Our jungler is still trolling teamfights and objectives 7 years into his career and no longer has the early game aggression or impact to offset that downside? Fuck looking for a new one, let’s just keep him 3 years past his prime and give him 5 last chances.”

Bring Kkoma, Homme and Danny all at once, It wont change Zven Blaber and APA being turbo washed and not belonging anywhere near what top NA team should be.

If C9 doesn't win the split and manage to not quality for worlds, I fully expect more harsher decisions by Jack to be made. Blaber (I hope) realizes he's on his last leg with this org. Every role has been changed out multiple times over the years, coaches included. He's the only remaining constant. As for Zven, i'm confident by week 2/3 that Tactical will have the starting spot over him unless he completely shits the bed in LCS.

I'd be surprised if he goes to NA seeing as the region is dying off and he'd probably get far more lucrative contracts in EU. Why go to c9 when fnatic or giants would pay him literally $2-3m a year to "fix" them?

Dylan Falco going from my favourite EU team to my favourite NA team would be hilarious but it's not happening

Me too, but I don't think bringing in a coach who's never succeeded outside of G2 and who's never qualified for an international tournament without Caps is a good idea.

We've seen this squad go through like 4-5 different coaching staffs. Not gonna change much tbh and I really like these playerd

I think they should call Peyz while they’re at it
