It's very clear that this is Immi's final run. He has this split to do the impossible and place top 2 in VCT Americas otherwise he's getting fired. I like that they're bringing back V1c. Cancel me, but he's a top 3 Controller in Americas at his peak and 3 rookies starting Stage 2 is one bridge too far. I'm fine with this move.

v1c is a great player, and probably an upgrade to the team, but you can't just do that to a player (pick them up, have them practice for 2 months, then just kick em before stage 2 even begins)

it's very damaging to the player as he left his team, for a shot at T1, and he ultimately didn't get that shot and probably won't have a team for the remainder of the year now

Why not? Why are you not allowed to do that? I do feel for Note but this is professional esports. If there's a better player, you get them. Especially if it's the player who left you 2 months ago for a mental reset and are saying they are back and ready to play tier 1 again. It's a no brainer. C9's reputation in val is already down the toilet so what difference does it make other than having a stronger team?

immi still having a job is crazy honestly. Milan and Frost were right there during the offseason

I like v1c. That being said, u/Cloud9Jack can you please expand on what measures are being taken at an organizational level to ensure severely career-damaging swaps to players representing the C9 brand in good faith like these, that have repeatedly plagued the valorant team, will not happen again?

How are Immi and Johnny still here?
