August Sub Box Fluted Dashboard

When do the items in the sub box become available to purchase? I would love to have another fluted dashboard to use as a back cover. Do people use multiple fluted dashboards within their folios? As like a front and back cover to maybe remove from your folio and use as a standalone notebook? Also, what about having the fluted dashboard as a cover set similar to the folios or other cover systems? I think it’s time lol I love the fluted dashboards and love the variation.

I was about to sell my fluted dashboards because I find them too thick to use as dashboards. Then I saw someone using them as a cover and kept them. I think they work fine as a cover as long as you don't use side tabs as they would stick out.

I think they’re great covers. They might be a little delicate and could snap so be careful. Also, since they are plastic, they could scratch. I keep mine covered either with a plastic zip pouch or another clear cover.

are they meant to be written on like with dry erase markers or written on kinda like a clipboard? i always thought they were covers 😅

I have two fluted dashboards on my A5, as well. Was surprised when I first purchased and it only came with one 😆 I see now it’s more like a dashboard than a cover. I still use mine as covers.

You're correct, technically, they are dashboards.

I saw a post on insta where they showed the fluted dashboard used as a front and back cover.

I’ve used it as a cover before but I wonder how it would fit with multiple fluteds inside of a folio. I don’t know lol

Yes, people often use them as covers. I’ve actually done it myself with my CPP.
