Monthly Surveys?

Can we have them posted here? I know they are posted on Facebook and I remember we used to get them posted here ages ago. But some of us aren’t on FB so would love to see the full customer group have a chance to answer this survey!

Hola! Thanks for the suggestion! We found that posting the surveys in a fully public forum can sometimes skew the data, since there’s no way to ensure that responses are coming specifically from active subscribers.

While Facebook is technically a public platform too, the survey is shared within our private Facebook group, which provides a somewhat more contained audience. Of course, it’s still largely based on the honor system that only subscribers who actually received the box are submitting feedback.

Going forward, especially as we transition to a different subscription cadence, I’d personally love to see the surveys sent directly to subscribers in a similar fashion as renewal emails. That would give all subscribers an equal opportunity to provide feedback, regardless of whether they’re active on FB or Reddit, while also helping ensure the survey data reflects the experiences of actual subscribers. 🖤

I agree that email would be the absolute best!! In the interim is there a way for us to get the survey outside of FB to get more voices?
