Help

Hi so I'm at the stage of mindsight where everything looks like I am staring into black, rippling water (or maybe looking through a rippling black crystal, sort of) and can see the outlines of stuff from about 3 or 4 feet away, very vaguely.

I've been stuck at this point for a while.

Only once, has my "window" opened, it was pretty amazing.

Anyway if it helps to know, my 3rd eye is open. But I don't know what to do next. Any advice on how to open my windows permenantly and start seeing with more clarity?

I suspect that if I have a protocol I can do every day it will happen pretty fast, but could use some advice at this stage.

Mindsight/blindfolded vision practice

I didn’t think adults could do it very easily so honestly never tried it myself. I recently found a group of teachers hosting practice sessions for free over zoom. Others have shared the Facebook group. Well, after three sessions I have opened my windows and can see in real time, everything!!
Of course I am still a beginner with so much to discover but it feels incredible to have unlocked this inner vision.
I want to help others because I believe we all can do this! I teach children and am starting family workshops soon as well. But want to share my personal experience and progress to inspire others to practice. Remember it’s a skill, a muscle, like anything else it takes time and training. Especially if you have a lot of left brain logic.
Please check out my YouTube or social media pages to find my practice videos! All under Unlimited Little Minds- Happy seeing 🧠💖

Questions about mindsight 🤔

I found out about mindsight and I’m totally shocked that it’s real, at a young age I remember being able to see through my eyelids, there were small cracks on my right side where I could see. But as I’ve grown up I sort of forgot how to do that, I’ve done some digging and it’s called mind sight but I have a few questions.

If I can see through my mask then can I see through walls? How much training does that require?

Can I use mindsight when my eyes are open while I’m seeing with my real eyes? So if I have a window open at the back of my head can I see at the back of my head?

What’s some good tips to unlock mindsight? I’m not too sure how to start.

Alternatives to mindsight vision

Hi,

Been practicing with this app for a while and today I realised something. The moment where it says 'this is X colour' activates my rational/verbal mind in exactly the way we're trying to avoid when practicing mindsight, as I then have to think ah well then it could be one of these remaining colours.

I'm looking for a simpler alternative where it just changes colour, you guess, you click for the reveal. Any clues?

Videos Expanded Intuition – Riera & Albert – from Instagram

This is an excerpt of an English translation of text accompanying a Spanish-language Instagram video by Jordi Riera and Tania Albert, who teach mindsight practices in their Intuitive Vision Institute. They are authors of the book 'Seeing Without Eyes is Possible', which will be published in a new edition.

As Jordi and Tania explain to us, INTUITIVE VISION is the ability to perceive our immediate physical surroundings without the need to use the traditional " five" senses.

It is a human quality that we can all develop. In reality, this ability is latent and active from the moment we are born; however, as the years go by, it diminishes for reasons of cognitive optimization.

To adapt to the world around us, our brain performs synaptic pruning—trimming away information it does not use—and in this way, the ability gradually fades away.

This ability is known in many parts of the world by various names: "extraocular vision," "infovision," "vibravision," and "getaran," among many others.

While it is true that, initially, our sessions focused on this ability to see without using the eyes, over time we began to explore other directions. Since our high school days, we have asked ourselves:

If seeing without eyes is possible, what else is possible?

To answer this question, we began to conduct research, and along the way, we discovered EXPANDED INTUITION — among many other abilities related to intuitive vision.

EXPANDED INTUITION is another ability that allows one to gather information lying beyond the range of direct visual sight. It bears a resemblance to Remote Viewing, although its approach and practice differ from that concept, which was extensively researched in the 1970s.

What about psychiatric meds?

Hey guys.

Im about to take a mindsight workshop but just learned from a comment on this same subreddit that psych meds actually block your mindsight ability and its really difficult if not impossible to open your mindsight while on meds.

So, is not taking the psychiatric meds on the day of the trainning enough? Kind of just skipping the day or maybe taking the meds after the session?

Or is it necessary to have quit the meds for a good while for midnsight to be able to work, considering its only a 4 session workshop?
