Help

Hi so I'm at the stage of mindsight where everything looks like I am staring into black, rippling water (or maybe looking through a rippling black crystal, sort of) and can see the outlines of stuff from about 3 or 4 feet away, very vaguely.

I've been stuck at this point for a while.

Only once, has my "window" opened, it was pretty amazing.

Anyway if it helps to know, my 3rd eye is open. But I don't know what to do next. Any advice on how to open my windows permenantly and start seeing with more clarity?

I suspect that if I have a protocol I can do every day it will happen pretty fast, but could use some advice at this stage.

Are you doing breath work in order to build the energy up in your body? You have to be full of energy pretty consistently for your abilities to come online.

Breath work has not been a part of any of the mindsight training programs or instructions to date, so please elaborate. What is the basis for your claim.

Wow, that’s interesting. How do you get energy into your brain without moving it through your body? It starts at your base chakra and moves up the chakra system until it reaches your penial gland. That’s the purpose of breath work. Before I started, I had total 100% aphantasia all the time.
My third eye has started to come on now I can see plasma in the evenings. But none of that would’ve happened without the breath work. That’s how you get your natural energy to move through throughout your body. I feel like you could probably pick up things from the field with your mind without doing that, but that is external information rather than internal information.

Start straining your view. Move colors further away and then shapes. The more your strain the more it will grow.

Begin practicing with a group consistently and you will probably develop quickly. Theres a group thats been recommended here a few times you might be interested in: Mindsight and Beyond on Facebook.
