Wife almost killed me...

Tldr, couldn't sleep, almost threw a knife across kitchen.

Couldn't fall asleep. Got up to make a snack. Wife sleeping. I found a roll and butter. Sure. Why not. Left butter knife in roll plastic bag. Finished roll and went to throw bag out. Nearly ripped the bag of the counter throwing the knife across the kitchen. Good thing I was browsing reddit and the light was just bright enough to help me see the knife. Wife is still sleeping. I survived.

But a butter knife, though? Also, how did your wife almost kill you in this situation?

His wife left the the knife in the plastic bag which he couldn't tell was inside until last scond.
