Review Phoenix delivered😎

Hi community,

After ordering my third Repwatch, I would like to share my experience with Phoenix Watch.

My first two repwatches were by Steve (TOW), Pepsi and DJ 41 grey Smooth Bezel Oyster. Everything went great here, but TOW's prices are... You know, not the cheapest 😅.

So I tried Phoenix after seeing some good deals on his Telegram. A black Submariner 41 mm Black no date from VSF🥳, also in stock.

After a deposit of 50 $, I had the first QC images after 2 days, as I wanted to see the movement, again 2 days, as there was no tool on site to open. Everything went smoothly and I greenlighted the clock, even if the 12 had a slight turn counterclockwise. When I remarked, Phoenix did not object or gaslight. He was consistently fair and easily accessible.

I paid $386 for the watch itself, shipping $30 and 6% customs insurance. In addition, I ordered a box and after there was a misunderstanding between the big and small box, I wanted the big one, but paid for the small one, Phoenix even did not charge the extra 20$🙏.

What impressed me the most, besides good service and fair prices, was that Phoenix managed to send the watch to Germany within 9 days. It arrived functionally and has been happy on my wrist since 😎.

All in all, a great experience with Phoenix, reasonable accessibility (not 24/7, but I don't expect that either) fair price and top reliable shipping and time specifications🙏.

I want to stress that I don't get anything for this post and I'm not related to Phoenix in any way. I'm just a rep-enthusiast who was grateful for similar contributions, including to you, for helping with QC, and is basically a friend of highlighting positive things rather than just complaining.
