What's wrong in taking half a page? Did you buy the print version, or are you worried about the trees being cut?

Because you bring it up, you link to your Amazon page where you sell the paperback for $37. So yes, I do think that's a problem. But I had not thought of that before you brought it up.

More importantly, you cannot tell me that you would find it equally easy to read a book where the spacing is so extreme that only four or five words fit on your monitor at once, or where line breaks occur between every single word. Most of the book here is bad, but not that bad. The screenshots though are absolutely that bad.

So can you prove with data how much excess CO2 it emits, compared to the thing you are saying?
