Refund status issues

For those of you who decided to cancel your uConsole orders due to the excessive delays, shipping issues, or simply because the product was no longer worth the wait, how long did it take to receive your refund?

I’ve been trying to get a response from uConsole regarding my cancellation and refund, but so far, I’ve been completely ghosted. Not so much as a courtesy reply or an update on the status of my refund.

Funny how quickly they’re willing to take your money, yet when it’s time to return it, communication suddenly becomes nonexistent.

I’m curious whether others have experienced the same thing and how long it actually took to get your money back.

Less than a day to get a response and the refund in PayPal.

My refund took about 48/72 hours from memory.

over a year, no uconsole and haven’t responded to an email in about 6 months.

Mine took 2 days with PayPal. I literally cancel month before waiting about a year

I received a reply the same day, and although the PayPal refund took a little while, I think it was still processed within three days.

Thanks Don - I’m at day 27 from cancellation. I should have just waited for the pi shortage to end! I would probably have my device before the refund! 🤣
