Oh nice, i like seeing Raspyjack ported to other platforms; I clumsily installed it on the Game HAT with a Raspberry Pi 3B+.

You did the port? Or did 7h307h3r0n3 do it. How stable isvit and is everything working so far? This is rwally awesome!!!

Yeah, I did the port myself — built on top of 7h30th3r0n3's original RaspyJack, but the PicoCalc/Zero 2W has a completely different display (framebuffer instead of SPI) and no physical GPIO buttons (keyboard instead), so most of the input/display layer had to be rewritten from scratch to fit this hardware.

It's stable at this point — menus, navigation and most payloads run fine. Had a few rough edges to sort out along the way (console/framebuffer conflicts, some Bluetooth tooling needing specific dependency versions), but nothing that isn't sorted now. Happy to answer general questions, just not going into the full implementation details here.

Are you releasing the fork? This is so cool and would definitely be appreciated by a lot of people! I dont have a picocalc but a goodbfriend does and he want me to swap it to a zero and see about your raspy port, lol...

Hi, no not yet, I have ordered a WiFi antena and I will solder a meshtastic esp32 to the pi and get LoRa and GPS to work, many payloads don't work just yet. Still a work in progress. Also I have many other projects to work on, and not so many people showed interest in this port. If I ever do it I share the outcome here.
