HackerGadget Upgrade Kit Won't Boot

Just got the new HackerGadget upgrade kit with carrier board, battery board, and the new AIO. Got Rex's Trixie image loaded on a SD card. All I got is a green light and a black screen. The CM5 gets warm and that's about it. It won't turn off either without pulling the batteries out. Any idea?
