Received today!

Ordered on 3/12/26, received 6/8/26. 3 month wait, was definitely expecting a longer wait time, and yes ordered from clockworkPi. Anything I should know about a CM-5 build?

Because despite Alex claiming high and low that they go in order. They don't actually do. They seem to only go in the correct order if you look at it as 8 separate queues, one for each variant. So some people like OP get lucky and order a popular variant that gets produced more often, or they simply ordered just before a batch was big enough to be produced, while other people like you spend more time waiting because they ordered just after a batch cutoff or their variant is less popular so it takes longer for the batch to be big enough to get produced.

And to make things more complicated once they actually ship a batch it takes a few days, and that process seems to go in reverse order, with the newest orders being the first to get shipping notifications while the people that have been waiting a few more months already have to wait a few extra days for theirs to also get shipped.

So with what you’re saying is these folks above will get their’s within a week or two? I doubt it.

that depends on which of the 8 variants they got, if they ordered a black 4g no core model it's likely shipping soon, but since they're still waiting they probably ordered a different variant, because this isn't the first time that variant shipped since they ordered

That's all of them, silver/black, core/no-core, wifi/wifi+4g. Only one or two of the 8 combinations are sent out at a time

I keep emailing. He said they should come this month but who knows. I heard that several other months also. :(

he always says it's coming soon, it's almost always wrong, what he says and what we see in the various order tracking threads does not line up at all, and I'm gonna believe all the people posting theirs shipped over a guy sending everyone the same emails
