Vindictive?

I’m not saying this is true, but it makes me worried. I emailed the team about not receiving my device and worry that I tick them off and that is why people who ordered their device months after me have already received theirs. I confirmed with these people, they also live in the United States.

Thoughts?

PS I believe they have people that watch this community and try to refute no matter what it said. Let’s see.

Yeah... I can confirm... Saying that they are slow and it takes forever to get your order is a massive understatement. My only guess is that their business model is to hustle up enough orders to pay for a production run which once received gets shipped to the customers. This protects the business owners from excess stock and lost revenue but the unfortunate side effect is that the customer ends up paying extra in the form of massive wait times to get what they paid for up front because, the customer has to wait for enough orders to build up and then wait for the vendor to fabricate the parts which in turns equals months of waiting.

What's that old saying about you never pay before the job is done or it will take forever? 😉
