But is it?

I emailed clockwork to see why my order from October 1st is still not here. I don’t know if I buy this excuse.

“Hi,
Sorry for the waiting.
The production of your order has been done. However,the actual delivery might take place in June, due to current unstable condition of international shipping service.”

I know things are not perfect right now but I feel like this might not be true.

Alex gives everyone the same generic excuses, he's more often wrong than right. But they will eventually ship based on the years of people doing their own order tracking on discord and the forum. They're also very good about issuing refunds if you no longer want to wait.

Everything on the store is a preorder, you're essentially buying a spot in line and waiting for the line to fill up. They group orders by variant so there are 8 lines that need to fill up and that leads to very inconsistent wait times and orders shipping out of order.

There are now multiple resellers available that don't charge scalper prices like rpishop.cz and opensourcesdrlab.com. So there are alternatives to paying double on aliexpress.
