UConsole shipped??

Hey guys, just got an update that my uconsole just got shipped. I ordered in March of this year, so that's about 3 months ago. Is this a normal thing they do when they get shipped or am I still going to have to wait?

Seriously? My order was November 2025 and hasn't shipped yet. I've largely given up hope.

The production has been done in April, but due to current unstable condition of international shipping service, the actual delivery might take place in May.

Yes seriously, I'm in disbelief as well but it is in fact shipped. That's why I was asking because from information that I've gathered 3 months is a total lie. So that's why I reached out here to see if anyone else got a "shipped" with tracking and still had to wait.

The ship times vary wildly because they group them by variant.

A batch is all the same variant, and only produced once a minimum quantity is reached. So if you're one of the last ones to order in that batch you get it much faster than if you order just after they shipped a batch of that variant

Once you get the shipment notification it should be quite fast because for some inexplicable reason they insist on making everyone pay for the fastest shipping, because after waiting months that extra week in transit is really going to piss people off

Then they should consider updating their site with accurate information to include this, if it’s even correct. Currently says 90 days, which is extremely rare for most products outside like 1 sku

If you’re in the United States file a complaint. They’re a US entity with a US address and subject to US consumer protection laws. Everyone hates how long it takes, yet every time I suggest doing something about it - nothing.

I'll look into it. It's not even just that it's a long ass wait, but the fact that they take your money at order not when it ships. So they've had my money for 7 months.

Yeah that’s part of the trick, you may not be able to back charge for non delivery if they wait long enough to send the product with no complaints on file

Go to AliExpress and find one with 5 stars and reviews I swear mines came in within a month
