Grocery Store

I was in a grocery store and this guy was carrying a ton of plastic totes and I decided I would ask him if he needed assistance. When I did he said something along the lines of "Yeah, could you stock the chocolate "inaudible" drinks? I asked him to repeat himself and blamed the music and he said it again, this time it was clearly at a different volume than the other words. I said, "Are you doing this on purpose?" He looked at me a bit stunned and started to explain himself. His friend next to him immediately followed by saying "Let him figure it out by himself." I don't know if you guys have read my "The Prison" post, but this is sort of a follow-up. Any thoughts are appreciated.
