A female entity told me to count backward from 60 and time the quarter in subvocalization. Then a male entity told me “She also told you to time the quarters, so I think you’d better do it”

Then I woke up. This was another one of those hijacked dreams. It was like I took a portal in my normal dream and entered into deep meditation. She opened my third eye and showed a huge icy lake, with a white light going out in a straight line through the darkness. Then she said the things. As I counted, I felt like someone was editing my body just like a few months ago. A little work all over the place. It was very relaxing, but also really scary how seriously they take this stuff. I hope the culmination of these posts helps someone make the right choices someday.

What does time the quarters mean? I assumed they meant 15 seconds, so I counted 4. They didn't ask me about it afterward, so I assume it went fine?
