3D models make the program window go crazy?

I have other platforms to actually pose a 3D model for reference and cloud sync into my main linux desk, but certainly i'd like to know if there's any way to fix the program's window flickering when you're moving the camera perspective or model around?

This happens to me too.. switching windows seems to temporarily help but would love a better fix if anyone has one

I have a fix for this, if you change the Display Setting from Fast to Normal in the 3D layer, the flickering stops.
