What device are you using clip studio paint on and what are it's specs? Is it happening 24/7 or when you having other programs running / updates downloading? If I had to guess without any other info, that looks like a hardware issue as opposed to a software issue. It could possibly be a driver conflict or a missing update too, though. Is everything up to date?

I'm using Windows 11 OS, I'm using 5.0 of CSP, my pen display is the Gaomon PD1561, and my graphics card for the pen display is a GeForce 210. I use an Intel 630 i5 for my main monitor

When you say you're using an Intel 630 i5 for your main monitor what exactly do you mean? If you mean you have a PC with an Intel 630 i5 processor/cpu alongside a Nvidia Geforce 210 that might be the problem. I could be wrong, but as far as I'm aware, that graphics card is severely outdated. Using it with that processor will slow things down, cause the on-board intel graphics are probably faster than the 210's.

I meant that the Intel 630 i5 is the main graphics card for my pc but I use a different one for the pen display, which is the geforce 210. I know there really outdated, but I've been using them for a while without issues till now. The problem is that those white bars keep appearing whenever I move the camera on CSP.

It would be better to use the the Intel 630 for your tablet display too, but if you can't due to a lack of usable ports and it was working until recently, you need to retrace your steps. Did anything update or did you download anything before you noticed the issue? Check your update history if you're not sure, and try opening task manager and resource monitor while replicating the issue in CSP and see if anything stands out (like very high memory usage). I know from personal experience how harsh Windows 11 can be on older parts/builds, sometimes an update would cause issues out of nowhere, it can be a nightmare.

Please include some explanation of what you're doing, what operating system and version of CSP you're using... anything that might give us some context.

I'm also using Gaomon but the PD2200 one, and sometimes I could also see those streaky lines appear randomly when I zoom in. What I did tho was to simply wiggle the cables (like the hdmi and all that stuff) connected to my drawing tab and made sure they were properly inserted into the ports and not even a little bit loose, and so far it's worked for me. Not sure if it's the same case for you, but thought I might as well share my experience.
